Ok catching up so far..no real surprises.  Romney has won KY, IN, SC and will soon win GA.  Obama has won VT.  VA, FL, OH and NC too close to call.  The last one is not surprising based on early turn out, but will not bring smiles in Romney headquarters.

In a campaign season full of egregious whoppers, Michele Bachmann (R-Batshit Crazy) delivered one of the biggest ones of the year.  Fighting for her political life with an unexpectedly strong challenger, the Republican flamethrower delivered the following line in response to a question on entitlement reform during a debate this week:

This is a moral issue. We can’t go down the path that we’re in … I’ve very much been a part of the solution and it’s insulting to say these are political speech because that’s one thing I do not do is political speech.

 As the video below shows, the audience dissolved in laughter and the moderator struggled to regain her composure.

Moderate Mitt, you have some competition for etch a sketching.
